Are phone calls capped?
Phone calls draw from the same usage allowance. There are no daily, hourly, weekly, or monthly phone call-count caps. Viola still limits simultaneous active calls per user to protect service stability.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Pro is $120/year (two months free) and Max is $200/year (four months free). Usage caps are the same either way.
Is BYOK really free?
Yes. BYOK touches zero Viola infrastructure for LLM calls. You pay your provider directly for the tokens you use. Viola's code does not proxy or log those prompts.
